It’s unfortunate that an article has appeared today (27th October) which mentions some noise disruption for local residents at our Hartham Park Bath stone quarry in Corsham.
We are not asked to comment on this article and therefore feel that a response is necessary to reassure local residents and others of our position at Hartham Park and elsewhere.
Lovell Stone Group is committed to mitigating any issue caused by any of our quarries and continue to reassure Hartham Park local residents that we are doing everything possible to reduce disruption both in the short and long term.
If an issue has arisen, this has been been dealt with personally, by Lovell Stone Groups MD, Simon Hart.
Lovell Stone Group will continue to consider local residents and the natural surroundings of all our quarries whist employing local people and supporting the local economy.
