It’s difficult to believe that the Natural Stone Show is only a matter of weeks away and the months of discussion and planning are coming to their conclusion.
Although driving to London, setting up the stand, manning it for three days and breaking it down again is an exhausting process, it’s worth every second to be stood in one of the world’s best conference venues, supporting an industry that continues to thrive and representing a company that can celebrate its own success.
We have spent so much time deliberating what to do with our stand this year – making sure we have something creative but impactful, drawing visitors to us to enjoy a Nespresso & cake and admire four great sculptures that will be proudly displayed on a large block of stunning Hartham Park Bath stone.
The sculptures are courtesy of stonemasonry students at Bath College. They were given a piece of Hartham Park Bath stone and asked to create something that they felt best represented the iconic City of Bath. The results were outstanding and it was so difficult to choose four for display. Visitors to our stand not only get a good coffee, but also have an opportunity to pick the winner.
We are of course there to promote our outstanding British stone and the services we offer, but it is also important to do our small bit in raising the profile of our industry, making sure we engage with the next generation and showcase the best of British stone.
Hopefully, all of this will be demonstrated on our stand and as we begin to plan our route to Excel and the boxes, stands and pallets are being loaded, we are looking forward to being part of what is one of the most important events for the stone industry alongside an incredible range of other companies, all of whom love all things natural stone.
Come and see us on stand E40, part of the Stone Federation Village 25 – 27th April Excel.
